Description

Sculptural. Sensory. Elemental.

MAREA is hand-formed in fine silver, each contour shaped by instinct. The surface carries quiet depth—irregular, fluid, alive in the light. No two are the same.

Sculpted in nearly an ounce of fine silver, each pendant is hand-formed and in our Grand Rapids studio. Designed as a weighty, sculptural artifact—its presence speaks quietly but boldly.

Suspended from a hand-dyed cayenne silk cord, it ties with ease. Wrap it close, wear it long—MAREA is meant to move with you, settling into your rhythm.

Each piece begins as fine silver clay—a material chosen for its ability to capture form with fluidity and precision. Through a high-temperature firing process, it is transformed into solid, 99.9% fine silver. What starts soft and intuitive becomes strong and elemental, shaped only by hand, fire, and time.

Avoid water, perfumes, and lotions. Polish silver with a soft cloth as needed. Store silk cord flat and untied to maintain its shape.

Care

Each Studio Solíz piece is sculpted by hand and made to last. To preserve its character:

— natural oils help maintain the silver’s patina.

— keep in a soft pouch or box when not in use.

—remove before showering or swimming.

Each Studio Solíz necklace is composed by hand, bead by bead. To honor its materials:

— silk and nylon are strong but not indestructible.

— avoid tight knots or tangles.

— remove before swimming, showering, or intense activity.

— especially near antique or porous beads.

use a soft cloth to restore shine if desired, but embrace the evolution of wear over time.
