Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within approximately 4 business days after processing, depending on the selected shipping service. International orders are also processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times varying based on destination, customs clearance, and the chosen carrier.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit with the carrier, Studio Solíz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a delivery issue occurs during transit or after delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or related fees required by their local customs authorities.

If an international package is returned due to refusal of delivery or failure to pay customs duties or taxes, the order will be refunded minus original shipping costs and any return fees incurred.
